Low-cost fuel, clean air
Neotech's Technodry Block (SF) fires coal, wood or agro-briquettes and is an indirect-type, fully automatic hot air generator for drying applications. It delivers clean, uncontaminated hot air at up to 200 °C (higher-temperature models on request). The range runs from 50,000 to 10 lakh kcal/hr.
Smart construction
The air-cooled combustion chamber avoids cumbersome refractory work, allows immediate start-up and uses radiant energy to boost efficiency. A multiple air-entry system spreads air evenly through the heat exchanger. Cast-iron charging doors give long life with no recurring maintenance. The top plate opens without disconnecting the chimney, so the heat-exchanger tubes can be cleaned regularly to keep heat transfer efficient.
