Hot water, without the boiler house

Neotech's oil- and gas-fired hot water generators, model Neohydrics, are offered in several sizes. The three-pass design and imported world-class Riello burners make them extremely efficient — they operate close to 90 % efficiency — and they are very easy to install, operate and maintain. That is why they are well accepted, and an ideal replacement for electrically heated water systems.

Compact and safe

The unit is compact and skid-mounted, with several safety features for failsafe operation. The control panel's audio-visual alarm system shows clearly what any fault is. Pressurised versions (models NHPI & NHPG) are available in oil and gas firing.

Standard scope

Complete Hot Water Generator Body having insulated casing with multi pass coils and having three passes on flue gas side as to have one radiant and three convective heat transfer.
One burner assembly of monoblock design and suitable for Natural gas/ LPG firing. The Burner will be an Imported Italian Burner with total controls for fully automatic operation and safeties for totally safe operation, along with gas train.
Complete pre-wired Control Panel with pan-alarm system centralised, indicators for pressure and temperature readings. Necessary controls like temperature controllers, pressure switches, overload relays, etc. with internal wiring.
Centrifugal Air Cooled type Hot Water Circulating Pump set with TEFC motor.
