Oil and gas fired
Neotech's Nanomatic oil and gas steam generators come in four sizes: 35, 50, 100 and 150 kg/hr. They have a compact design and imported world-class monoblock burners, and work at close to 90 % efficiency. They are extremely easy to install and operate, need minimal maintenance, and suit small requirements for dry steam at regular intervals.
Electrically heated — NM 'E'
The electrically heated Nanomatic is offered from 10 to 190 kg/hr. Where it is needed, a version with a higher working pressure (up to 6 kg/cm²) is available on demand.

Standard scope
- Complete Steam Generator in shell & tube design and having multiple passes on flue gas side for better heat transfer.
- One burner assembly of monoblock design and suitable for LPG/NG firing. The Burner will be supplied with total controls for fully automatic operation and safeties for totally safe operation, along with gas train.
- Completely pre-wired Control Panel with pan-alarm system centralised, indicators for pressure and temperature readings.
- Necessary controls like temperature controllers, pressure switches, overload relays, etc. with internal wiring.
- Internal piping mounting & fittings like outlet valves, safety valve, inlet valves, drain valve, etc.
